For the past 35 years, Dan Roach has been providing top notch legal services for residents of the Walla Walla Valley. He learned about being an effective lawyer from his mentors at Roach, Votendahl and Monahan, and from his three lawyer brothers in Pasco. In his early years, Dan handled many different types of legal matters, as is customary for young lawyers in full service law firms. It was a great way to get initiated into the practice of law in Walla Walla.

Over the past 25 years, Dan has narrowed his niche considerably and he long ago established a boutique solo law practice. He and his well educated and pleasant staff get to know their clients and their legal needs, educate and advise clients about the law and their options, and then provide excellent legal services

using great technology. His clientele is no longer limited to the Walla Walla Valley.  He often assists estate planning and estate administration clients from all parts of Washington. He also handles ancillary probates for Personal Representative clients throughout the United States when nonresidents die owning real estate in Washington.

Dan often refers callers who have legal needs that are outside of Dan’s practice areas to other excellent attorneys in the area or throughout Washington state. And other attorneys refer their clients to Dan for estate planning and estate administration services.

If you have a water law question, need an immigration lawyer, want to obtain a trademark or have a friend who was cited for DUI and don't know where to look for a capable attorney, call Dan for a referral. If someone in your family has been injured catastrophically or has died due to the actions of another and needs the best attorney available, feel free to call Dan. He will be happy to help you find good representation.
